Linking in web design using HTML

In this section we’ll see, how we can add link from one page to another page.See the image below for clear concept.

This is the 1^st page

This is the second page, where we  want to link from 1^st page

 

Now the process for this task.

1^st we build a page named index.html  in the site management place.

We have to create a 2^nd page for linking.We’ll link 1^st page to 2^nd page.For creating 2^nd page we just keep our right button to index page and select the new file option.

Our second page creation is complete.

Now by clicking the second page(In this example page2) we write something in that 2^nd page so that we can easily locate this 2^nd page.

Now for joining link we should come back to 1^st page. The line or word which we want to add link must select first. Then we need to go the link option of the Dreamweaver. And by clicking the folder option we need to select the second page.
